All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or transfers unless, as stated by the QLD Office of Fair Trading, there is a major problem with the product/service offered.

In some cases, as a show of good faith on our behalf, transfers may be offered at our discretion. If you have requested a transfer and have been transferred to another date and the show on the new date that you have been transferred to is cancelled or changed in any way, you are not in this case entitled to a refund. You are, however, eligible for another transfer.
